The Muslim organisation transferred the hashtag #reportonkhansir to Twitter in protest.
His name, Amit Singh, rather than Khan sir, was then questioned. Following this, Khan Sir withheld his identity even when speaking to the media, saying that everyone would learn his name when the time was right.
